Shaker inspired furniture

The Shakers were an utopic religious movement who were active from the end of 1700s until the middle of the 1900's. They supported themselves partly by making simple but beautiful furniture.  Their motto was "hands to work and hearts to God".  Nothing was overelaborate or unnecessary in their lives and this is reflected in their designs.  We at Enskede Snickarglädje have produced furniture inspired by Shaker design in both simplicity and Beauty.
